History

March 1995 Established with capital of 1.6 million yen and three staff members. The capital was financed by private assets of management, without relying on bank loans or support from other companies. Signed an agency agreement with International Multiple Transportation to serve as their Nagoya office.
December 1996 Signed an agency agreement with OCEAN WORLD LINES, INC., one of the largest NVOCCs in North America.
Commenced handling of cargo from North America.
December 1997 Tokyo branch opened.

Commenced operating as OCEAN WORLD LINES' agency in Tokyo
March 1999 Capital increased to 20 million yen.
April 1999 Nagoya Head Office expanded.
May 2000 Tetsumasa Suga became the president at the regular shareholders' meeting and board meeting.
December 2000 All computer systems upgraded to deal with Y2K issues.
August 2002 Great Luck Inc. established in Los Angeles as an overseas subsidiary.
